These are pretty rare. This was a Japan only add-on modem device that allowed users to download and stream games and magazines onto a BSMC media cartridge about the size of a gameboy game. The media cartridge fit into a slotted interface cart. The service, obviously, is no longer available, but it's a great collector's item and you can still wander around the St. Giga program town from the included BS-X slotted cartridge.
